• Efficient management and further development of project quality and customer quality
• Support for sales in the quotation phase with regard to quality-related issues
• Development and implementation of quality planning procedures (e.g. APQP, PPAP) in accordance with OEM customer requirements and internal specifications
• Further development of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and relevant environmental standards
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer-specific requirements in all project phases – before and after SOP
• Monitoring and actively participating in risk analyses during the development phase (FMEA)
• Optimising and ensuring effective change management for series products in accordance with internal and customer specifications
• Ensuring efficient and sustainable complaint management to increase customer satisfaction (including hall incidents and field failures)
• Implementing and controlling warranty management

• Completed technical training as a master craftsman, technician, bachelor's degree or similar engineering degree
• Experience in leading international teams
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality department in the automotive sector
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Verifiable knowledge of methods in common QM core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, PPF, SPC, 8D, MFU, MSA)
• Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 regulations is an advantage
• Independent and conscientious approach to work
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong team orientation combined with persuasiveness and strong communication skills
• Confident written and spoken German (at least level C1)
• Very good written and spoken English (level C1)
