• Lead and develop the Controlling team, including setting targets and fostering your team members' growth
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to headquarters in line with local and group policies
• Responsibility for sales, project, cost centre and investment controlling, including the associated internal analysis
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, analyse deviations against actuals and derive suitable countermeasures
• Continuously improve departmental processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors in the controlling area
• Contribute to and lead cross-functional projects, and engage regularly with stakeholders across the company

• A completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on finance/controlling, or a comparable qualification
• Several years’ professional experience in controlling
• Initial leadership experience (team or project lead) as well as experience in project planning
• Strong analytical skills
• Very good SAP knowledge in the controlling modules
• Business-level English and fluent German
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and convincing presentation skills
• Initiative, results orientation, team spirit and openness to change
