• IT network and communications technology support (hardware and software)
• Database administration
• Administration of the ERP system (currently: SAP-ECC6.0, EhP6)
• Server administration, monitoring and maintenance
• Support for all users of the IT network, ERP system and communication devices (e.g. training, troubleshooting, creation of database queries)
• Planning and implementation of changes/extensions to IT and communication technology (e.g. hardware, software, authorizations)
• Securing the IT network against unauthorized access and supporting the enforcement of data protection and existing IT guidelines

• Successfully completed vocational training or studies in the IT sector
• Several years of professional experience in network administration
• Basic knowledge of Linux distributions is desirable (Debian, Ubuntu)
• Structured way of working and high documentation skills
• very good knowledge of MS-Office, Exchange, VMware, EDI
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to continue learning
• good language skills (written and spoken German and English)
