• Support in the implementation of monthly payroll accounting for all employees, taking into account legal and operational requirements
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure correct and punctual payroll accounting
• Maintenance and management of employee master data
• Preparation of relevant reports to social security institutions, tax authorities, and other government bodies
• Processing of special payments
• Monitoring and calculation of absences (sickness, vacation, parental leave) and their impact on payroll accounting
• Participation in payroll tax audits and the optimisation of payroll processes
• Preparation of payroll reports and evaluations for management and other departments

• Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in payroll accounting, ideally in an international company
• In-depth knowledge of German social security law (knowledge of French and Czech social security laws - an advantage)
• Confident MS Office user 
• Experience with a common payroll system (e.g., SAP HR or similar) is an advantage
• Diligence and precision in work, combined with a structured and independent way of working
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive employee data
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
