• Collaboration in the preparation and coordination of the annual budget, forecasts and medium-term planning
• Preparation for and support in company audits
• Development, implementation and monitoring of controlling processes and guidelines
• Budgets, forecasts, and financial planning and management to support in decision-making processes
• Identification of cost-saving opportunities and optimisation of the company's financial performance
• Close collaboration with the other departments to analyse financial data and develop business strategies
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines in the area of financial control
• Analysis of management reports, derivation of recommendations for the commercial management
• Serving as the interface between the Controlling Team and Head of Finance and Controlling
• Leadership and coordination of the Controlling Team and ensuring efficient and accurate financial reporting
• Professional and disciplinary leadership
• Other ad hoc tasks

• CPA/CMA equivalent
• 8-yr above professional controlling experience
• Proficiency in ERP SAP (FICO module, desirable: SD, MM, EC-PCA)
• Fluent German and English
• Can-do spirit
• Self-motivated
