Daily duties

• Ensuring production processes that comply with specifications and are of impeccable quality through:
  • production tours
  • Check release documentation or carry out yourself in consultation with the installer
  • Monitor special processes regularly
• Disciplinary management and supervision of production staff
  • Ensure compliance with working hours and break times
  • Random checks on application rate and quality
  • Timely & complete management Shift planner
  • Conducting and documenting employee appraisals
• Application of QM regulations (e.g. escalation matrices, process approvals)
• Creating induction plans for new employees and ensuring that they are implemented accordingly

Case-based tasks

• Technical support in the detailed planning of the production schedule (especially employee allocation and adjustments in line with current production activities)
• Support with:
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of optimisation plans
  • the handling of quality issues within the area of responsibility
  • the elimination of disruptions to production processes

• Skilled worker in electrical engineering/electronics or a related profession
• At least 3 years of practical experience
• Willingness to work shifts
• Knowledge of industry-specific products, processes and technologies
• Knowledge of workplace safety / accident prevention
• Confident use of SAP and MS Office
• Organisational skills, confident manner, good communication skills and trustworthiness
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a sense of responsibility and assertiveness

• Foreign language skills (basic knowledge of English) and fluent in German
