• Implementation of project targets including target deviation control as part of the product development process
• Supporting the sales department in preparing offers for new projects and integrating them into the product development process
• Management and coordination of the interdisciplinary project team
• Responsibility for budget, deadlines and risks in the project
• Coordination of customer communication
• Adherence to customer and design processes
• Timely and comprehensive management escalation
• Project report and communication to stakeholders especially the Headquarter  (schedule, costs, metrics)
• Management of the change process in the project
• Driving cost improvements in the project
• Creation and maintenance of project plans
• Supporting the project team on the project side
• Induction of new employees on the instructions of the line manager

• Completed commercial or technical specialist or university studies (preferably in mechanical, electronical, optical or informatics)
• multiple years of professional experience in project management in the automotive industry
• High level of organizational talent
• confident appearance, good communication skills and assertiveness
• strong sense of responsibility, negotiation skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in written and spoken English and swedish is mandatory, Chinese and German are of advantage
• Knowledge of automotive norms like IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
• confident handling of MS Office
