Your Tasks

  • Participation in the creation of production processes and FMEA`s according to the product development process (PEP)
  • Creation
    • of production control plans
    • and updating of process flows and work plans
    •  of work instructions
  • Planning and procurement of production equipment, testing technology, machinery and equipment, as well as tools and fixtures
  • Collaboration in updating the plant structure plan
  • Determination of working time for individual production steps
  • Accompaniment of pilot or pre-series until start of production
  • Processing of change notices and drawing sets
  • Optimization of production processes with regard to profitability
  • Development, execution and implementation control of product and production cost optimization plans
  • Support of project teams
  • Development and introduction of new production technologies
  • Training of new employees
  • Application of QM regulations

 

Your Profile

  • Industrial foreman or technical degree
  • Practical experience in this field
  • Profound knowledge of industry-specific products, processes and technologies as well as in fixture and tool construction
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS-Office
  • Organizational skills
  • Assertiveness
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Decisiveness
  • Knowledge of foreign languages (written and spoken English) for smooth communication within the company
