Your Tasks

  • Define and develop system architecture and innovative concepts for Telematics Box (T-Box) products
  • Drive the development of new technologies and create innovative T-Box solutions for future projects and tenders
  • Support
    • business development in acquisition activities and provide customers with the best solutions in terms of technology and cost
    • he engineering team on product quality issues, define test specifications at the system integration and system verification levels
  • In product development, ensure customer requirements are met in product design by analyzing feasibility, risk, and deviation from customer requirements, negotiating performance specifications with customers, and translating customer requirements into internal requirements such as the system requirements document (RD) and system architecture document (AD)
  • Create and evaluate solutions for potential technologies

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in electronics/computer engineering or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience developing hardware/software for automotive electronics products, preferably in telematics development
  • Strong technical writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong experience with the system development process
  • Understanding of the T-box manufacturing process and the test/verification process
  • Knowledge of
    • SFMEA
    •  IATF16949, ASPICE, and automotive product lifecycle is desirable
    • vehicle manufacturer testing standards is desirable
    • telematics product regulations/standards in Europe/America/Japan/Middle East is desirable
    • security issues such as UNECE R155/R156, FIPS-140-2 is an advantage
  • Extensive knowledge of electronics/software/mechanics/radio frequencies is desirable
  • A good understanding of ISO26262 standards and experience with SOTIF is an advantage
  • Experience in cost and effort estimation for project proposals
