Your Tasks

  • Define and develop system architectures and innovative concepts for camera products in collaboration with ECU teams
  • Drive the development of new technologies and create innovative camera solutions for future projects and tenders
  • Support
    • business development in acquisition activities and provide customers with the best solutions in terms of technology and cost
    • the engineering team on product quality issues, definition of test specifications in the areas of system integration and system verification
  • In product development, ensure customer requirements are met in product design by negotiating performance specifications with customers as needed and translating customer requirements into internal requirements
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure camera products are successfully integrated into the vehicle
  • Participate in vehicle calibration and testing to verify that system performance requirements are met
  • Assist the engineering team with system simulation to verify system requirements and architectural concep

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in CMOS sensor/ ISP/ hardware or image processing algorithm development, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Experience
    • in product development and verification of camera products
    • with electrical design
    • with systems engineering processes and related tool chains
    • in cost and effort estimation for project proposals
  • Strong technical writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
  • Knowledge of IATF16949, ASPICE, and automotive product lifecycle is desirable
  • Good understanding of ISO26262 standards and experience with SOTIF is desirable
