Financial Controller (m/f/d)

As Senior Financial Controller, you will take on a leading role in reporting and analysing results for our company. In this role, you will be responsible for financial controlling, optimising the SAP ERP system and automating controlling processes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Financial controlling of monthly and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and reporting to the local management team and HQ
• Coordination and collaboration in the preparation of the annual budget, forecasts and medium-term planning
• Further development of the SAP use in controlling
• Automatisation of controlling processes
• Identification of cost-saving potential and optimisation of the company's financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines in the area of financial control
• Preparation and support for company audits
• Other ad hoc tasks

• Degree in business administration, ideally with a specialisation in controlling, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, reporting and analysis in manufacturing companies
• Strong knowledge of ERP SAP (FI and CO modules, SD, MM and EC-PCA modules desirable)
• Fluent in German and English
• ‘We can do it’ mentality, combined with intercultural openness
