Your Tasks

  • Support with applicant administration and application management
  • Maintenance and administration of employee data in HR systems
  • Support in the creation of employment contracts and other HR documents
  • Participation in HR projects, particularly in the area of personnel development and independent assumption of sub-projects
  • General administrative tasks in the HR area
  • Support in payroll accounting

Your Profile

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, psychology, human resources management or a comparable degree program
  • Initial experience in the field of human resources is an advantage, but not essential
  • Initiative and reliability
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • High level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
  • Written and spoken German and English
