Your Tasks

  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry
  • Support in carrying out internal and external audits in accordance with common quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)
  • Analysis and processing of quality deviations and derivation of corrective measures
  • Support and optimization of quality assurance processes in production
  • Creation of quality reports and documentation
  • Training and support of employees in relation to quality guidelines and methods
  • Cooperation with customers and suppliers to ensure quality requirements
  • Collaboration in the introduction and maintenance of quality management systems

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable training in quality management
  • Professional experience in quality management, ideally in the automotive industry 
  • In-depth knowledge of the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
  • Experience in the application of common automotive core tools (e.g. FMEA, 8D report, SPC, etc.)
  • Analytical and structured way of working
  • Qualification as an auditor (VDA 6.3, internal auditor) is an advantage
  • High communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident use of MS Office 365 and Teams
  • Excellent german and english skills, both spoken and written
  • Independent work and assertiveness
