Your Tasks

  • Acceptance and factual checking of customer orders in all standard forms and input into SAP
  • Coordination with customers, if necessary after consultation with the responsible sales employee
  • Creation of order confirmations
  • Monitoring and checking incoming orders, documentation and internal communication, liaising between customers and internal departments to ensure optimal order processing
  • Preparation of invoices
  • Collaboration in the preparation of statistics and internal evaluations

Your Profile

  • Commercial or job-related vocational training
  • At least 2 years of practical experience
  • Knowledge of commercial processing of project development in the automotive sector is an advantage or interest in familiarizing yourself with it quickly
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
  • High organizational skills, confident appearance and Very good communication skills
  • trustworthiness, entrepreneurial thinking and assertiveness
  • High sense of responsibility and Willingness to make decisions
  • Very good written and spoken German and English / French an advantage
