Your Tasks

  • Be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the SAP FICO module
  • Analyze business processes, design and optimize solutions for the financial module
  • Solve users' daily operation problems, and provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Compile user operation manuals, organize training sessions, and promote the efficient use of the system by the FICO department
  • Collaborate with consultants from other modules to ensure seamless integration of the financial module with business modules such as logistics, sales, and production
  • Collect and analyze user requirements, and write functional specification documents and configuration documents 

Your Profile

  • Candidates majoring in finance, information management, or computer-related fields will be given priority
  • More than 3 years of experience in implementing or maintaining the SAP FICO module
  • Familiar with the configuration and master data management of FI (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Order, Product Costing)
  • Have strong problem analysis skills and be able to solve system problems independently
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with finance, business, and technical teams
  • Candidates with experience in manufacturing or group enterprises will be given priority
  • Very good German and English skills
