Your Tasks

  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung und Koordination des jährlichen Budgets, der Forecasts und der Mittelfristplanung
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Unternehmensaudits
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Controlling-Prozessen und -Richtlinien
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Forecasts sowie Finanzplanung und -management zur Unterstützung bei Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen und Optimierung der finanziellen Performance des Unternehmens
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Finanzdaten zu analysieren und Geschäftsstrategien zu entwickeln
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien im Bereich Finanzkontrolle
  • Analyse von Management Reports, Ableitungen von Empfehlungen für die kaufmännische Leitung
  • Schnittstelle zwischen dem Controlling-Team und Head of Finance and Controlling
  • Leitung und Koordination des Controlling-Teams und Sicherstellung einer effizienten und präzisen Finanzberichterstattung
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung
  • Sonstige Ad-hoc-Aufgaben

Your Profile

  • CPA/CMA Zertifizierung Äquivalent
  • Mind. 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im ERP SAP (Modul FI, CO, wünschenswert: SD, MM, EC-PCA)
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
