Senior Specialist Manufacturing Planning (m/f/d)

Comprehensive onsite implementation of manufacturing processes, including documentation according to PLC requirements. Basis is the thorough use of Lean Principles and conducting proper Change Management practices by training and coaching employees appropriately.

• Partner Project Management in the entire process of introducing the appropriate production process (based on DFM requirements) for a new project (from process offer till trial run)
• Control manufacturing processes (after SOP) in accordance with customers quality standards
• Control and analyze process KPI from development phase till EOP
• Cross functional development of Section and employees
• Train and mentor Lean Principles & methods, the production processes and the introduction of new equipment to affected employees
• Coordinate optimization projects of the Manufacturing Department
• Coordinate release of PFMEA, Control plan, layout, Process flow documentation
• Coordinate continuous improvement & customer change process
• Assist the Manufacturing Department Head in the establishment and improvement of the production system
• Support manufacturing process audit of products

• Successfully completed Bachelor Studies (Production, Logistics, or comparable).
• At least 5 years of practical experience in developing and implementing Lean principles & projects in industrial companies.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Proven cross functional leadership skills
