Your Tasks

  • Establishment and contribution of own networks in the personnel search process
  • Implementation of the active employee search process
  • Addressing applicants via social media channels ("active sourcing")
  • Conducting telephone interviews with applicants via the various applicant intake channels
  • Preparing proposals for the departments and the team leader recruiting
  • Maintenance of the applicant management system
  • Taking care of our social media channels Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
  • Coordination of campaigns with the team leader recruiting
  • Support in the subsequent selection process
  • Representation of the Team Leader Recruiting

 

 

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or cf. studies
  • Relevant professional experience in human resources and recruiting desirable
  • Quick perception, structured way of working and very good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Confident handling of the current MS Office programs
  • Friendliness as well as high service orientation
  • Proactive and independent way of working as well as confident appearance
