Your Tasks

  •  
  •     Organizational production preparation
  •     Technical support for the Head of Production (e.g. detailed planning of employee and machine capacities)
  •     Support with 
    • Development, implementation and implementation control of improvement measures
    • Introduction of new production processe
    • Classification, assignment and processing of quality problems in the area of responsibility (problem analysis, development and implementation of measures to prevent errors)
    • Creation and maintenance of documents (e.g. work instructions, work plans, control plans)
  •     Induction of new employees and ongoing support for existing employees
  •     Ensuring the application of all applicable rules and regulations

 

 

Your Profile

 

  •     Skilled worker in electrical engineering/electronics or related profession
  •     At least 3 years practical experience in a machine manufacturing environment
  •     Willingness to work shifts
  •     Knowledge of safety in the workplace / accident prevention
  •     Ideally knowledge of industry-specific products, processes and technologies
  •     Experience in working with ERP (ideally SAP) and MS Office
  •     Organizational skills
  •     Good communication skills
  •     Absolute trustworthiness
  •     entrepreneurial thinking

  •     Sense of responsibility
  •     Foreign language skills (basic English)
