Your Tasks

  • Carrying out environmental tests (vibration, humidity and temperature tests)
  • Technical and disciplinary management of the validation team
  • Defining and developing the test strategy in coordination with development management and teams
  • Coordinating and controlling team tasks: Test case creation, test automation, test execution
  • Product validation through “design verification” of the HW/SW functionalities for our products
  • Working closely with our product development team from the design phase through to series production
  • Establishing and optimizing quality assurance measures and processes
  • Planning resources, ensuring compliance with project schedules and budgets
  • Guidance of external laboratories

 

Your Profile

  • Ability to lead and motivate employees
  • Confident handling of specialist software (Labview is a prerequisite) and MS Office
  • Knowledge of quality techniques
  • Degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, communications technology or similar
  • Several years of practical experience in development with a focus on high-frequency technology, embedded systems, testing and validation
  • Organizational skills, very good communication skills, assertiveness
  • Foreign language skills (business fluent in English)
