Your Tasks

  • Conducting
    • internal and audits with various audit focal points at the individual locations
    •  external audits at suppliers for potential analysis or development
  • Participation and support in the creation of the audit program for Europe
  • Planning and implementation of projects in the audit environment in cooperation with the Head of Quality
  • Contributing innovative solutions to optimize audit processes and standards
  • Supporting the further development of the integrated management system
  • Preparation and execution of risk workshops for the management of the investments
  • Conducting, preparing and following up on the exchange of experience between auditors in Europe
  • Occasional travel to the German and international shareholdings

Your Profile

  • Completed further technical training as a master craftsman (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d), bachelor (m/f/d) or similar in the fields of mechanical engineering or mechatronics
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality department in the automotive sector
  • Training and further education as 1st, 2nd party auditor
  • Training as VDA 6.3 process auditor
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of
    • methods in the current QM Core Tools
    • of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards
    • of the standards VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5
  • Independent and conscientious way of working
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve
  • High team orientation combined with persuasiveness and strong communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of German, both written and spoken (at least level C1)
  • English knowledge in word and writing (level C1)
