Your Tasks

  • Execution of development accompanying risk analyses within the scope of new product projects internally and with suppliers
  • Coordination and moderation of FMEA meetings as well as their documentation
  • Ensuring method conformity (FMEA) in consideration of internal and customer specifications
  • Follow-up of measures within the framework of the FMEA process
  • Execution of fault tree analyses with appropriate classification of components
  • Status reporting to the responsible departments
  • Discussion of FMEA documents with customers
  • Cross-project contact person for FMEA relevant topics

Your Profile

  • Completed electrical or technical training, master craftsman, technician, engineering or business studies (FH) in the relevant specializations
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of
    • DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standards
    •  of standards IATF 16949:2016
  • Experience in the method and in the independent execution of an FMEA
  • Knowledge of
    • current FMEA volumes (VDA / AIAG)
    • methods in current QM Core Tools is an advantage
  • Reliable German language skills in word and writing (at least level C1)
  • English knowledge in word and writing (level B2)
