Your Tasks

  • Planning of quality assurance measures within the product development process, by applying methods such as CIP, SPC, MSA, APQP
  • Coordination of measurement planning/system with the customer
  • Collaboration in FMEA and PLP
  • Participation in quality meetings with the customer within the PEP
  • Planning of requalification scopes
  • Collaboration and maintenance of test plans
  • Coordination of initial sampling
  • Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements
  • Quality monitoring/control of project relevant parts
  • Drawing inspection
  • Coordination of tolerances with the customer

Your Profile

  • Completed advanced technical training as a master craftsman, technician, bachelor's degree or similar. Engineering degrees
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality department in the automotive sector
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of
    • methods in the current QM Core Tools
    • DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 standards
    • the VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5 standards would be an advantage
  • Independent and conscientious way of working
  • Ability to analyze and problem solving skills
  • High team orientation combined with persuasiveness and strong communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of German, both written and spoken (at least level C1)
  • English knowledge in word and writing (level C1)
