Your Tasks

  • Interface/ coordination between accounting, controlling and HR to the parent company
  • Support/preparation of management meetings in coordination with the location manager
  • Preparation and follow-up of business meetings (preparation of rooms, documents, catering)
  • Responsibility for the administration of the cash box and key management
  • General documentation and preparation of monthly reports and statements, invoicing, cash management and maintenance of the cash book
  • Support in the settlement of travel expenses
  • Support in finding accommodation for new employees
  • Support with all other tasks in the commercial area
  • Briefing of new employees
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Performing secretarial tasks
  • Maintenance of contact databases

 

Your Profile

  • Commercial education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial areas
  • Knowledge of foreign languages: good written and spoken English (communication skills)
  • Good communication skills, also by telephone
  • Pronounced sense of responsibility
  • Assertiveness
