Your Tasks

  • Planning and controlling production processes, taking into account capacities, resources and deadlines
  • Creation of production plans in compliance with delivery times
  • Monitoring and controlling production progress and identifying and resolving bottlenecks at an early stage
  • Optimizing organizational structures and processes in the area of production planning and control
  • Analysis and optimization of cost drivers along the entire value chain of the plants
  • Close coordination with other departments such as purchasing, logistics and project management
  • Documentation and reporting of key production figures as well as preparation and analysis of reports
  • Supporting production management in cross-site and strategic production and capacity planning
  • Participation in the optimization of SAP master data

Your Profile

  • Degree as industrial foreman, technician (m/f/d) or completed business studies
  • Alternatively, several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Sound knowledge of current planning & control methods
  • Structured, goal-oriented, independent and economic way of working as well as analytical thinking skills
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is desirable (ideally SAP)
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Reliability, ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility
  • Open and direct communication
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Willingness to undergo continuous further training (including language courses)
