Your Tasks

  • Installation und Wartung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Peripheriegeräten, Netzwerkkomponenten und Kommunikationsmitteln
  • Klassifizieren und Abarbeiten von Useranfragen
  • Klassifizierung / Strukturierung auftretender Probleme sowie deren Lösung unter Einbindung relevanter Spezialisten
  • IT-Support für interne Anwender der vorhandenen Infrastruktur sowie Durchführung relevanter Schulungen
  • Sicherstellung des Datenschutzes nach DSGVO und interner IT-Richtlinien
  • Dokumentation relevanter Betriebs- und Systeminstallationen
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten

Your Profile

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • einschlägige Erfahrung in der Pflege von System- und Betriebsdokumentationen
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS-Office, Exchange
  • grundlegende Kenntnisse zu Windows Client, Windows Server, Linux Betriebssystemen
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise
