Your Tasks

  • Sicherstellung transparenter Produktkosteninformationen inkl. Reporting an die Region und die Konzernzentrale
  • Analyse von Abweichungen zu Plan- und Vorperiodenwerten
  • BOM-Analyse und Reporting auf Geschäftsbereichs-, Projekt- und Artikelebene für Ist-, Forecast- und Budgetwerte
  • Projektcontrolling inkl. Budget und Forecast mit Fokus auf die Zielprofitabilität über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Pflege der Produktkosten-Stammdaten inkl. Zuschlagskalkulation sowie Kalkulation von Kostenelementen für Kundenangebote
  • Optimierung der bestehenden IT-Umgebung hinsichtlich Effizienz und Genauigkeit
  • Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten
  • Regelmäßiger Austausch mit den Stakeholdern, um Abweichungen vom Zielbild anzugehen und Gegenmaßnahmen einzuleiten

    Your Profile

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen/Controlling, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
    • Mehr als 3 Jahre Controlling-Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, idealerweise als Produktkosten-Controller:in oder ähnliche Position
    • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
    • Sehr gute Excel- und Datenbankkenntnisse sowie gute SAP-Kenntnisse (Controlling-Module)
    • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und fließendes Deutsch
    • Interkulturelle Kommunikationsstärke und überzeugende Präsentationsfähigkeiten
    • Eigeninitiative, Ergebnisorientierung, Teamgeist und Offenheit für Veränderungen
