Your Tasks

  • Technical Support: Provision of technical support for customers, internal teams, or on-site projects.
  • Troubleshooting: Identification and resolution of technical issues that may arise during operation.
  • Maintenance: Execution of regular maintenance and inspections of technical systems or equipment.
  • Installation Installation of technical products or systems in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Training: Training of customers or employees in the use and maintenance of technical equipment or systems.
  • Documentation: Preparation of reports and documentation concerning technical activities and problem solutions.
  • Customer Communication: Maintenance of close relationships with customers and communication of technical information and solutions.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering sciences, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.)
  • Experience in technical support or technical service is an advantage.
  • Technical understanding and the ability to analyse and solve technical problems.
  • Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and comprehensibly.
  • Willingness to travel and to work on-site at the customer’s location.
  • Ability to work in a team and to collaborate effectively with other departments and customers.
  • Knowledge in the use of computer applications and software tools for technical support.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
