Your Tasks

  • Identifizierung, Planung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungspotenziale
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Verbesserungsideen aller produktionsnahen Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantworten von Projekten in alle Phasen des PDCA-Zyklus
  • Berichterstattung als Stabsstelle direkt an die Werkleitung
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten (in der Werkstatt, Instandhaltung, etc.) 

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem gewerblichen bzw. technischen Beruf
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in einer technisch geprägten Fertigung (bspw. Anlagenführer, -bediener, -programmierer)
  • Mindestens Grundkenntnisse und erste Anwendererfahrung im Bereich Lean Management (idealerweise 5S, Visuelles Management und/oder Kontinuierliches Verbesserungsmanagement/Continous Improvement Management)
  • Überzeugende, durchsetzungsfähige und kollegiale Persönlichkeit
  • Erfahrung und Fingerspitzengefühl in der Kommunikation von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen mit produktionsnahen Mitarbeitenden
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation etwas zu bewegen und Abläufe zu verbessern
  • Bereitschaft sich insbesondere in den Bereichen Lean- und Change-Management sowie in spezifischen technischen Themen weiterzubilden
