Your Tasks

  • Identification, planning and implementation of improvement potentials

  • First point of contact for improvement ideas from all production-related employees

  • Responsible for projects in all phases of the PDCA cycle

  • Reporting directly to the plant management as a staff unit

  • Support with projects (in the workshop, maintenance, etc.)

Your Profile

  • Completed training in an industrial or technical profession

  • Many years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment (e.g. plant operator, machine operator, programmer)

  • At least basic knowledge and initial user experience in the field of lean management (ideally 5S, visual management and/or continuous improvement management)

  • Convincing, assertive and collegial personality

  • Experience and flair in communicating improvement measures with production-related employees

  • High self-motivation to make a difference and improve processes

  • Willingness to undergo further training, particularly in the areas of lean and change management as well as specific technical topics
