Your Tasks
- Termingerechte Anmeldung von Abholungen im Kundenportal auf Basis von SAP Bestandsdaten
- Exportanmeldung in BEX
- Erstellen von Packaufträgen und Buchung der Rückmeldungen
- Erstellen von Versandpapieren (CMR, Lieferscheine, Versandlabel)
- Erstellen von Packstücklaben auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen und EDI Daten
- Abwicklung des Lieferprozesses in SAP
- Kommunikation mit Speditionen und Versanddienstleistern
- Prozesskonforme Versandrealisierung
- Mitarbeit bei Inventuren
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Berufsausbildung
- Praktische Erfahrungen wünschenswert
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS-Office, BEX, ATLAS
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch in Wort und Schrift)
