Your Tasks

  • The planning, control and execution of quality and product assurance activities, including electrical intermediate and final inspections.
  • Preparation of regulations, detailed inspection and acceptance reports as well as documentation, also in English language
  • Complaint processing with quality assurance methods (8 D report, FQE, defect statistics)
  • Cooperation during audits
  • Analysis and identification of systematic weaknesses in the manufacturing process, initiation of measures for error correction and implementation of measures for preventive error minimization
  • In quality and product assurance issues, you act as a competent contact and problem solver for project and production managers, as well as suppliers and customers
  • You confidently sensitize our employees to quality requirements and train employees with testing tasks
  • With great commitment, you contribute to the continuous development of the existing quality system and quality assurance processes
  • Development of inspection strategies for complaints (FQE) in the product development process

 

Your Profile

  • State-certified technician(m/f/d) or industrial foreman in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, aircraft electronics or comparable qualification or technical training with relevant professional experience
  • Support work for the Q engineers (reporting, analyses, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge in creating 8D reports and failure analyses using 5W or Ishikawa
  • Implementation of demanding processes and tasks
  • Evaluation and documentation of measured values
  • Development of technical concepts
  • Creation of work instructions
  • Independent, solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
