Your Tasks
- Installation and maintenance of workstation systems, peripheral devices, network components and means of communication
- Classifying and processing user requests
- Classifying / structuring problems that arise and solving them with the involvement of relevant specialists
- Providing IT support for internal users of the existing infrastructure and carrying out relevant training courses
- Ensuring data protection in accordance with the GDPR and internal IT guidelines
- Documentation of relevant operating and system installations
- Support with IT projects
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
- Structured way of working
- Relevant experience in the maintenance of system and operating documentation
- very good knowledge of MS-Office, Exchange
- basic knowledge of Windows Client, Windows Server, Linux operating systems
- good communication skills
- absolute trustworthiness
- very good knowladge of German and good knowledge of English
- independent way of working
