Your Tasks

  • Analyze current business processes and identify digitalization potentials
  • Develop short- and long-term digitalization strategies in coordination with senior management
  • Collect, align, and manage requirements from Headquarters and local business departments, including all stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets and resources, including timeline coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary teams
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends
  • Introduce and integrate innovative digital solutions into existing business processes
  • Support and train employees in adopting new digital processes and tools
  • Foster a digital corporate culture
  • Identify and assess risks related to digitalization projects
  • Develop strategies to mitigate these risks

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in digitalization, project management, or IT management
  • Strong knowledge of digitalization strategies, project management methodologies, and modern technologies
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, English business fluent 
  • Proactive and goal-oriented work style, team spirit, and leadership competence
  • Training new employees and Application of QM regulations
