Your Tasks
- Requirements Collection & Management — Collect and manage business requirements from Headquarters and local business departments
- Requirements Alignment & Stakeholder Management — Align collected requirements with stakeholders from Headquarters and local business departments and secure sign-off
- Digitalization Strategy Development — Analyze current business processes, identify digitalization potentials and develop short- and long-term digitalization strategies in coordination with senior management
- Project Management — Plan, execute and monitor digitalization projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Risk Management — Identify and assess risks related to digitalization projects and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Resource Management — Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary teams and manage project budgets and resources
- Technological Innovation — Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends, and introduce innovative digital solutions into existing business processes
- Training Management — Support and train employees in adopting new digital processes and tools, and foster a digital corporate culture
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- English business fluent (written and spoken)
- multiple years of professional experience in digitalization, project management or IT management, with strong knowledge of digitalization strategies, project management methodologies and modern technologies
- Experience leading or contributing to digitalization and process improvement projects, including requirements management and stakeholder alignment
- Experience working with international or cross-functional teams
- Training competence for digital process & tool training
- Modern technologies & digital tools (e.g. RPA, low-code platforms, workflow tools, BI systems)
