Your Tasks

Als Senior Financial Controller, übernehmen Sie eine führende Rolle in der Ergebnisberichterstattung und -analyse für unser Unternehmen. In dieser Funktion tragen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für das Financial Controlling, optimieren das ERP SAP und automatisieren die Controllingprozesse.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Financial Controlling des Monats- und Jahresabschlusses, mit Abweichungsanalyse und Reporting an das lokale Managementteam und das Konzern-Headquarter
  • Koordination und Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung des jährlichen Budgets, der Forecasts und der Mittelfristplanung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Nutzung von SAP im Controlling
  • Automatisierung der Controllingprozesse
  • Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen und Optimierung der finanziellen Performance des Unternehmens
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien im Bereich Finanzkontrolle
  • Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Unternehmensaudits
  • Sonstige Ad-hoc-Aufgaben

Your Profile

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Controllingvertiefung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Reporting und Analyse in Produktionsunternehmen
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im ERP SAP (Modul FI, CO, wünschenswert: SD, MM, EC-PCA)
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
