Your Tasks

  • Umsetzung der Projektziele einschließlich der Kontrolle von Zielabweichungen als Teil des Produktentwicklungsprozesses
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsabteilung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten für neue Projekte und deren Einbindung in den Produktentwicklungsprozess
  • Management und Koordination des interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Termine und Risiken im Projekt
  • Koordination der Kundenkommunikation
  • Einhaltung von Kunden- und Designprozessen
  • Zeitnahe und umfassende Eskalation an das Management
  • Projektberichterstattung und Kommunikation an die Stakeholder, insbesondere an Headquarter (Zeitplan, Kosten, Kennzahlen)
  • Management des Veränderungsprozesses im Projekt
  • Vorantreiben von Kostenoptimierungen im Projekt
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen
  • Unterstützung des Projektteams auf der Projektseite
  • Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter auf Anweisung des Vorgesetzten

Your Profile

  • Abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Fach- oder Hochschulstudium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement in der Automobilindustrie
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sicheres Auftreten, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Chinesischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse der Automobilnormen wie IATF 16949 und VDA 6.3
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
